Terms of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2026 · Effective: May 2, 2026

The short version. Mali is an AI assistant that helps you understand your own money. It is not a financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, or tax preparer. Don’t make big decisions on Mali’s say-so alone. Use it as a smart conversation partner, not as professional advice.

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using Mali (“the service” — at malimoney.com and any related apps), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The service is operated by TBS Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

5. Not financial advice

Mali is an information tool, not a regulated advisor. Anything Mali says about budgets, spending, investments, taxes, debt, or financial planning is for informational and educational purposes only. Before acting on anything Mali tells you — especially involving money — consult a qualified human professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

6. AI accuracy

Mali uses large language models. They sometimes get things wrong, miss nuance, or hallucinate facts. Always verify any specific number, claim, or recommendation against your actual statements before acting on it. We’re not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

7. Subscriptions and payments

We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We don’t guarantee the AI’s output is correct.

13. Limitation of liability
